At this time, I have stepped away from labor and birth support as I enter graduate school in Fall 2024. I have pared down my offerings to honor my own capacity in this season.
Prenatal Support

Informational Guidance: We walk through all of your maternity care and birthing options in the SF Bay Area (hospitals, birth centers, home birth practices), paying special attention to your hopes and needs to help you find a care model that feels most supportive ($150, 60-90 min, virtual or in-person)

Supplemental Prenatal Care: For folks planning a hospital birth who are seeking additional care and well-rounded guidance. Nutritional counseling, tips & recommendations to manage common pregnancy complaints, emotional support, referrals to holistic providers, a midwife's perspective to complement your hospital-based providers ($200 per 60-90 min visit, virtual or in-person)
Postnatal Support

Supplemental Postnatal Care: For folks planning a hospital birth who desire additional home-based care in the first 6-8 weeks after birth. Breastfeeding support, baby weight checks, vaginal / perineal healing assessment, birth story processing & emotional support, fielding common questions like "Is this normal baby poop?", "Is this a normal amount of postpartum bleeding?" ($200 per 60-90 min visit, virtual or in-person)
